How long will it take to deliver my packaging design?


The standard delivery time is 2 working days after receipt of order and briefing.

For larger projects or multiple revisions, slight delays may occur in exceptional cases – but we will always keep you updated!

What happens if I don't like the design?


Your satisfaction is our top priority. After the initial draft, you can provide feedback, and we'll adjust the design accordingly—depending on the package, several revisions are included. If you're unsure beforehand, we're happy to help you with the briefing to avoid any misunderstandings.

What is the difference between the packages?

Our packages differ in scope and included services:


  • Ideal for simple designs – includes print-ready packaging as a JPEG file.

  • For brands with a little more demand – also with source files, 3D mockup and die-cutting contours.

  • Our all-round, worry-free package – including interior and exterior design, insert card, and unlimited revisions.

Are changes to the design possible?

Yes, of course!


  • Basic package includes 5 revisions.

  • Standard package includes 8 revisions.

  • With the Premium package, you get unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

    The first version is based on your briefing, after which you can suggest specific adjustments.
